We are now looking for someone to work as a personal assistant and team leader for an active and energetic young man who needs support around the clock. Here you will have a varied and developing role that combines close, personal support with responsibility for staff and structure in the assistance.

About the Assignment

As a personal assistant, you are an important part of his daily life. You accompany him in daily activities and various environments, including to daily activities. Your role is to create security, self-determination, and structure – while contributing to an active, social, and meaningful everyday life.

In addition to the assistance assignment, you also have a team-leading role, where you act as a key person in the team around the user.

Your Responsibilities as a Team Leader

Your role includes, among other things:

• Participating in the recruitment of new assistants
• Being responsible for scheduling and staffing
• Supporting colleagues in their daily work
• Contributing to structure, quality, and a good work environment
• Collaborating with management and relatives

This is a role for you who thrives on responsibility, is solution-oriented, and wants to help develop both the assignment and the team.

Working Hours & Employment Rate

The position comprises approximately 75 %
Day shifts and shorter shifts occur
Night shifts include waiting time
